Tiel, The Acolyteįrom the tower door in Fallgrim, turn right, fight your way through the human enemies, then go right again when you get to water. Incidentally, this is also where you’ll find one of the three temples that you need to explore as you make your way through Mortal Shell. When you reach the bottom, the shell of Eredrim, The Venerable, is straight ahead, resting against a fallen stone. Go left, and make your way down the rocky outcrop while fending off yet more enemies. Continue ahead in Fallgrim Outskirts, beating all the enemies that stand in your way until you come to a fork in the path. Instead of heading left, this time go right and use the crawlspace. Eredrim, The Venerableįrom the tower in Fallgrim, head to where you beat, or are yet to beat, the Grisha, as outlined above. You’ll find the shell of Solomon, The Scholar, though you’ll probably want to beat the enemy in the area before you inhabit his body. Break the branches with your weapon and then crawl through. Beat the Grisha (or run past it) and head to the left down a slope you’ll find a crawlspace covered by branches. There you’ll find a Grisha, a miniboss who shouldn’t pose too much of a problem once you’re familiar with the game’s mechanics. Once you’ve found the tower at the centre of Fallgrim where you get the Seal, meet your first Sester Genessa, etc., go out of the door and head through the tunnel at the opposite side. When you first enter Fallgrim at the start of the game, keep an eye on your left hand side as you make your way down the path. But where do you find them? Luckily for you, we’ll tell you where below. It’s a wise move to make your first priority to retrieve them all, before settling on one as your main. The remaining three shells, however, are hidden in Fallgrim, just waiting to be found. You really can’t miss your first shell, Harros, The Vassal, as he’s just laying there on the path you have to take after completing the game’s intro. You’ll need to expend Tar and Glimpses to unlock their perks though, which you obtain by killing enemies and using certain consumables. They each have their own range of perks to unlock too, which you can do so by visiting a Sester Genessa while inhabiting their form and talking to her. There are four shells to find in Mortal Shell, with each one having varying stats for durability, stamina and resolve. While you can beat Mortal Shell using just the husk form if you’re good enough, chances are most people are going to want to make use of shells.
